Nishelle Phansalkar-Michalik

Nishelle Phansalkar-Michalik is currently participating in the Online Intensive Program at Girls Who Invest and will begin as an Incoming Summer 2025 Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. As Finance Director for Kappa Kappa Gamma and Manager of the Macroeconomics Group at Colgate Investment Group, Nishelle oversees financial analyses and engages in discussions on financial trends. Experience includes serving as a Sophomore Summer Analyst at Nomura, gaining exposure to Investment Banking and Sales & Trading, and working as a Finance and Accounting Intern at the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where proficiency in financial reporting tools was developed. Nishelle is pursuing a degree at Colgate University, having also completed the CORe Program at Harvard Business School Online.
