Prabha Narasimhan

Prabha Narasimhan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the consumer goods industry. Prabha is currently the Managing Director at Colgate-Palmolive India (Ltd), a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, Prabha worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where they held several senior roles including Executive Director, Vice President - Skin Care & Colours, Vice President Personal Care BD, General Manager - South, General Manager - North, and Regional Brand Director. Their tenure at HUL spanned from August 2007 to May 2022. Before joining HUL, Prabha worked at Unilever as a Regional Marketing Manager from January 2006 to March 2007. Prabha also briefly worked at Madura Garments as a General Manager - Strategy in 2007.

Prabha Narasimhan completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prabha pursued this degree from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program during their studies, spending one semester at the Melbourne Business School in 1996. This exchange program allowed their to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of Marketing.
