Bawana Radhakrishnan

Bawana Radhakrishnan has held various senior roles at Colgate-Palmolive since December 2006, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Digital Transformation and previously as Worldwide Director of Global Indirect Procurement. Radhakrishnan's extensive experience includes leadership in direct and indirect procurement for personal care products, as well as overseeing procurement operations across Asia and Latin America. Prior to Colgate, Radhakrishnan worked at Mars Inc. as Director of Supply Chain Best Practices and at Rockwell Automation as a Strategic Sourcing Manager. Radhakrishnan's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the Mumbai Educational Trust Institute of Management Studies and advanced leadership programs from MIT Sloan School of Management and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
