Rafał started their career at Mars in 1999, where they held various roles, including National Accounts Representative, Sales Representative, Impulse Sales Representative, and Territory Account Manager. During their time at Mars, they achieved impressive growth rates and received recognition for their performance.

In 2016, Głowacki joined Colian as the Sales and Customer Marketing Director, where they played a crucial role in driving sales and customer marketing strategies. Rafał later became the Managing Director of Colian Poland & CEE, overseeing the company's operations and leading its growth and development.

Głowacki brings extensive experience and expertise to their current role and has proven their ability to deliver results in the consumer goods industry.

Rafał Głowacki pursued their education by first completing a Master's degree in Economics at the Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they continued their studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they obtained a degree in Zarządzanie through Studia podyplomowe.
