Jessika Uttal

Jessika Uttal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jessika started their career in 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist at Alight Solutions, where they provided customer services as an HR specialist. Jessika'sresponsibilities included guiding hiring managers with employee background checks, working with the Workday tool, and answering payroll and salary-related queries.

In 2019, Jessika worked as an HR Recruiter and Client Acquisition Executive Intern at Recmon. During their time there, they learned to build relationships between employers and job seekers, conducted candidate interviews, and screened candidates for job roles.

In 2021, Jessika joined Skill Bird as a Human Resources Assistant and later as a Human Resources Executive. Jessika was responsible for HR-related tasks and provided support in various HR functions.

Currently, Jessika is working at Peritus - A Colina Tech Group as a Corporate Human Resources Executive and a Human Resources Executive.

Jessika Uttal attended Mata Sundri College For Women, where they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, they have also obtained a certification in Microsoft MS office from Aptech.
