Tina Kintscher

Tina Kintscher has diverse work experience in finance, consulting, and management. Tina is currently working as the Head of Finance at coliquio since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Consultant in startup funding at myTour in 2023. From November 2021 to June 2022, Tina was a Senior Manager Finance Transformation CFO Strategy at PwC. Tina also co-founded aioneers in 2019 and served as the Chief Financial Officer until July 2021. Tina has previous experience at EY, where they held roles as a Manager Finance Transformation and Senior Consultant Finance Transformation from 2014 to 2019. Tina worked as a Financial Analyst at Telefónica Germany from 2011 to 2014 and as a Key Account Manager Controlling Global HR at Henkel from 2010 to 2011. Tina also has experience in private wealth management at ODDO BHF and cash management advisory at Siemens. Tina started their career in HR talent acquisition at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2005.

Tina Kintscher holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business - Marketing-Finance from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, obtained in 2010. Tina also has a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree in International Business - Finance from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, completed between 2003 and 2008. In 2017 and 2018, Tina attended Inntal Institut and obtained a degree in Positive Psychology Coach. In 2019, they further enhanced their education at Inntal Institut, specializing in Systemic Leadership Advanced Master (DVNLP). Additionally, Tina has obtained various certifications, including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, cCPP certified Consultant of Positive Psychology (Business & Leadership), cPPP Certified Professional of Positive Psychology, and NLP-Practitioner DVNLP with a focus on Business Applications.
