Corby Hilley

Corby Hilley has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. They have held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in quality control, design, sales, engineering, and management. In their most recent position as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Colite, Hilley oversaw departmental quality and reliability improvements. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Design and Graphics Manager at the same company. They also worked as a Technical Sales/Equipment Specialist at Woelco Labeling Solutions, where they targeted new markets and provided internal training and support. Hilley's technical sales skills were further utilized as a Technical Sales Engineer at Advanced Labelworx, where they achieved significant sales growth and designed new material specifications for clients. Earlier in their career, they served as an Applications Engineer at FB Johnston Graphics/Central Label Products, specializing in inks, adhesives, substrates, printing, and finishing. Before that, they held the position of Graphics Engineer and Prepress and Digital Department Supervisor at FB Johnston Graphics, managing employees, interacting with clients, and contributing to product design and process improvement. They also served as a 2nd Shift Flexo Supervisor at the same company, overseeing multiple departments and implementing ink transition.
