Bhavin Jadhav

Bhavin Jadhav has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruitment and operations management field. Bhavin started their career at Infosys BPO as an Account Executive before joining Collabera in 2007. At Collabera, they held positions such as Recruitment Lead, Assistant Manager - Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, and Delivery Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic resource planning, account management, training initiatives, and optimizing internal systems. From 2017 to 2022, Bhavin served as a Senior Operations Manager at Collabera Inc., where they oversaw service delivery excellence, operational activities, and managed a large offshore support team. In 2021, they joined Collabera Digital as an Associate Director - Talent Acquisition.

Bhavin Jadhav completed their Diploma in Human Resource Development from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2014-2015.
