Panchali Biswas has over 16 years of work experience in the field of IT and consulting. Panchali has held various roles in different companies, including Collabera Digital, Microsoft, Accenture, and IBM.

At Collabera Digital, Panchali worked as a Solution Director - CX, focusing on RFPs, proposals, and designing workshops for requirement gathering for clients in the area of D365 CRM and Power Platform.

At Microsoft, they served as a Digital Specialist, leading the technical solution in over 150 customer accounts across India and APAC. Panchali also architected and designed end-to-end solutions for clients in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

During their time at Accenture, Panchali worked as a Senior Solution Architect for Systems Integration, handling multiple opportunities in SAP S4HANA and SAP ECC. Panchali also worked as a Project Lead and Test Lead, leading a team for the delivery of an ARFT project and testing Nordic Cash Pool for TeliaSonera. Additionally, they worked as a Team Lead for Barco Electronics and as an Application Designer for Tata Steel CRM Implementation.

In their early career at IBM, Panchali worked as a Functional Consultant for Rockwell Automation AMS and as an Offshore Lead for Ericsson. Panchali also served as a Team Member for SAP Express Solutions, UK and as a Team Member for Global Business Solutions Center. Furthermore, they worked as a Team Member for Lenovo.

Throughout their career, Panchali has demonstrated expertise in areas such as CRM, solution architecture, project management, and client relationship management.

Panchali Biswas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). They also have a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute Of Technology.
