Shailesh Parmar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Shailesh started their career as an intern at Nielsen in 2004 and later worked as a Team Leader at Enlightenment99 Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 to 2010. Shailesh then joined Rangam Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Recruiter and Data Integration Specialist in 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they served as a Sr. IT Recruiter (India Domestic) at Collabera Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Shailesh then joined cyberThink Inc as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from 2016 to 2017. After that, they worked at Rishabh Software as a Business Development Executive specializing in web, mobility, data visualization, and analytics from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Talent Expert at Collabera Digital since December 2020.
