Sitakanta Shial has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Sitakanta started their career at BasilGlobal as a Trainee Engineer, where they worked on content management projects and developed websites. Sitakanta then joined HireCraft Software Pvt Ltd as a Technical/Production Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for HireCraft software and also worked on application software development and maintenance.

After that, Sitakanta joined Magnaquest Technologies as a Senior AMS & Delivery Engineer, where they were involved in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Subscription Life cycle Management projects.
