Viral Chauhan

Viral Chauhan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Viral started their career at Bajaj Foods Ltd as a Control Assistant, where they were responsible for checking incoming raw materials, monitoring production line, and preparing documents for ISO and HACCP certification. Viral then moved on to Collabera, where they initially worked as a Talent Specialist, performing full life-cycle recruiting activities and implementing effective recruiting strategies. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of Senior Talent Specialist at Collabera. Later, in 2015, Viral Chauhan joined Collabera Digital as a Lead Talent Expert - Digital, where they played a crucial role in engineering digital solutions and helping clients accelerate their digital journeys.

Viral Chauhan completed their Bachelor's degree in Food Processing Technology from Sardar Patel University from 2004 to 2008. Then, they pursued an MBA + PGP degree with a specialization in Marketing from Punjab Technical University from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" from DevSkiller in 2020 and "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in 2023. Viral also holds the "Hirist Tech Recruiter Certification" from hirist.com and has received the "Milestone Award - Sourcing Specialist" from SocialTalent in 2020.
