Tim Ruef

Tim Ruef is a seasoned executive search and management expert with extensive leadership experience across multiple industries. As the CEO and President of Ruef and Associates LLC since 2008, Tim has successfully led over 350 searches and delivered numerous speeches on Executive Selection, Onboarding, and Executive Leadership. In addition to facilitating peer advisory groups at Collaberex, Tim serves as a CEO Coach for small company leaders, aiming to enhance both personal and organizational performance. Previously, Tim held significant positions, including Chair at Vistage Worldwide and Vice President at Michael E. Marion and Associates, with a strong background in marketing and management from renowned companies such as Merck, Pfizer, and MediCine Health Care. Military service as a Captain in the U.S. Army complements Tim’s leadership skills. Tim holds an MPA in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
