Ed Niehaus is an experienced executive with a diverse background in corporate governance, software design, and marketing. Currently serving as Chairman at Collaborative Drug Discovery (CDD, Inc.) since November 2004, Ed Niehaus leads corporate governance and strategic partnerships, notably introducing the company to its lead venture capital firm. Prior experience includes roles as President & CEO of Cooper, CEO of Fluid, Inc., and General Partner at Cypress Ventures. Ed Niehaus also founded Niehaus Ryan Wong, Inc. (NRW), where contributions to the early Internet industry included launching key companies such as CyberCash and VeriSign. Earlier roles include Director of Marketing and Sales at Morrow Designs. Ed Niehaus holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
