Chris Dowd

Chris Dowd is an experienced investor currently with Collaborative Fund since September 2023. Previously, Chris served as a Senior Analyst at Dalus Capital from December 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Fulbright Scholar at the U.S. Department of State from September 2021 to July 2022. At Google, Chris's roles included Strategic Business Development Manager, Google.Org Fellow focusing on AI and satellite imaging for emissions tracking, and Analyst in Global Affairs, supporting Senior Counsel across various initiatives. Chris was part of the founding team and served as Program Manager at Climate TRACE, and also held positions such as Chair and Policy Director at The Next 50, as well as Research Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. Chris's early experience includes directing operations for The Millennial Trains Project and interning at the White House's Executive Office of the President. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University and has studied at the University of Oxford and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
