Joe Sorbet

Joe Sorbet has a strong background in engineering and facility management, starting as Chief Engineer at ING Clarion from 1999 to 2006. Joe then transitioned to Gateway Facility Services, where they served as Director of Engineering from 2012 to 2019, overseeing maintenance and energy reduction initiatives for two prominent facilities in Atlanta. In 2019, Joe joined Collaborative Real Estate as Director of Engineering.

Joe Sorbet completed high school but did not receive a degree. Joe then attended the US Navy Boiler Technician A School. Joe later obtained additional certifications including a SMA and SMT from BOMI Institute in 2019 and 2018, and a Licensed Chief Engineer from the Georgia State Association of Power Engineers in 2000.
