Tom Livolsi

Tom Livolsi is the President of Collaborative Technology Solutions, where Tom specializes in designing and installing low voltage systems, technology relocation, and project/staff augmentation. Tom is also the Co-Founder of Gopher Mobile App, an on-demand mobile app for fast goods and services delivery. Livolsi has experience in project development, sales management, and lab administration, and holds a degree from North Carolina State University.
