Sello Mpele

Sello Mpele is a seasoned Senior Reliability Engineer, currently working at Collaborit Asset Management Engineering since June 2023. Prior to this, Sello amassed significant experience at Anglo American from December 2018 to June 2023 and at Eskom in various engineering roles from January 2012 to November 2018, focusing on power distribution system operation, analysis, and design. Sello's early research experience includes roles at the National Metrology Institute of South Africa in 2010 and 2011, specializing in electromagnetic metrology. Sello holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Cape Town, complemented by multiple professional certifications in reliability engineering and asset management from Pragma Academy and other institutions.
