Yoko Jolly

Yoko is responsible for CollabraLink’s federal health projects. As an IT executive with over 20 years serving public and private sector Clients, Yoko brings a broad understanding of IT solutions delivery, having led teams across business architecture and strategy, solutions architecture, application development, operations and maintenance, organizational change management, and business process outsourcing disciplines.

Prior to joining CollabraLink, Yoko led the pursuit and delivery of various programs at Accenture, including those focused on cloud-based COTS solutions, data analytics, user-centered design, agile, and DevOps delivery. Yoko has supported commercial clients at Verizon and Sallie Mae, as well as federal clients at Department of Education, USPS, Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, Department of Justice, and Department of Veterans Affairs. At Accenture, she also led development of large-scale project and program mobilization methodologies used by the company globally.

Yoko has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania and is an IC Agile Certified professional.
