Lindsey Walker

Lindsey Walker is a skilled professional with extensive experience in recreational therapy and related fields. Currently serving as a Recreation Supervisor at the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office since February 2022, Lindsey has also been a Day Treatment Coordinator at Learning Services since May 2014, where responsibilities include developing programs for adults with traumatic brain injuries. Additional roles include Employment Training Specialist with Inallaince and Assistant Instructor at The Studio Martial Arts and Fitness. Previous experience includes serving as a Recreational Aide for the City of Sacramento Park and Recreation Access Leisure and as a Community-Based Trainer at the South Side Art Center. Lindsey holds a Master's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy and is pursuing a Master's in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Administration from California State University, Sacramento, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Sacramento.
