Mark Waterfield

Mark Waterfield has worked in a variety of roles since 1992. Mark began their career as a Warehouse Operative at Northampton Ice Cream Ltd / Meadow Lane Foods Ltd in 1992, and was promoted to Warehouse and Transport Manager at the same company in 1997. In 2002, they became Managing Director of Taxifridge Logistics, where they designed and implemented warehouse services. Mark then moved to MA Waterfield Ltd in 2014, where they served as Managing Director and directed large-scale multi-unit construction projects with gross development values up to £2.3m. In 2016, they became Managing Director of Juice From The Raw UK Ltd, where they were responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. In 2017, they took on the role of Managing Director at TF9 LTD, where they focused on the sourcing and purchasing of available land and obtained all relevant planning permissions. Most recently, in 2021, they became Logistics Operations Director at Collectiv Food.

Mark Waterfield obtained 11 GCSEs, 1 A-Level, and 1 AS-Level from Kingsthorpe Upper School between 1988 and 1994 with grades A-C. In addition, they have obtained three professional certifications: an NVQ Level 2 in Plant Operations / Forklift Operations from the Construction Awards Alliance in June 2009, a Certificate of Professional Competence in International Road Haulage Operations from OCR in March 2002, and a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations from OCR in March 1999.
