Cesar Keller (CK) has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Cesar began their career at PepsiCo, where they served as the Gatorade GM from 1997 to 2002. Cesar then moved on to Nokia Inc, where they held the role of CMO LATAM and Global Marketing Leadership Team member from 2002 to 2007. Following this, Keller worked at HTC America, Inc as the CEO Latam from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they joined Microsoft and worked in the Global SMB Marketing division until 2017. In the same year, Keller founded WORKPLACE21, an AI-powered team performance tool. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Collective Brains, a global L&D platform providing Executive Mentoring and Mentoring Programs.

Cesar Keller (CK) has a diverse education history. Cesar pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. CK also attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for a program in Marketing for Microsoft Executives and INSEAD for a program in Marketing for Nokia Executives. In addition to their academic qualifications, CK obtained a certification in Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT from Coursera in 2023.
