Neetha Sanjay

Neetha Sanjay is an experienced ICF Certified Life and Career Coach and Associate Leadership Coach with a robust background in coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. Currently affiliated with NS Consulting since 2019 and Thriving Talent since January 2024, Neetha has also been a member and coach at the PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association since 2009, where contributions include mentoring and serving as a board director for marketing. As Co-Chair of the Mindfulness and Wellbeing Group at the Collective Change Institute, Neetha supports mental health initiatives. Previous roles include business manager and lecturer within the dental field. Neetha holds a B.D.S in Dentistry from Yenepoya University and has pursued further education at esteemed institutions like Nanyang Technological University and the National University of Singapore.
