Collective Change Institute (CCI) is Asia’s leading coaching institute and an approved training provider by the International Coach Federation (ICF, USA). CCI provides ICF coach certification programs, corporate coach-training for organizations as well as life & executive coaching services. Coaches enjoy an eco-system designed for them to train and develop their coaching skills, coaching business and their coach selves.

The faculty at CCI has been coaching since 2004 and training coaches since 2006 when coaching was still new in Asia and almost unheard of in Singapore.
