Jacqueline Ludwig

Jacqueline Ludwig has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and total rewards. Jacqueline is currently working at Collective Health as the Senior Director of Total Rewards and People Operations since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Total Rewards at Collective Health from March 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Collective Health, Jacqueline worked at McKesson for several years. Jacqueline held various positions including Vice President of Compensation from November 2019 to January 2021, Senior Director of Compensation from April 2019 to November 2019, Director of Compensation from August 2016 to March 2019, and Senior Compensation Consultant from December 2014 to August 2016. In these roles, they provided strategic compensation guidance to the executive team, managed compensation teams, and supported approximately 10,000 employees.

Prior to McKesson, Jacqueline worked at Charles Schwab. Their roles at Charles Schwab included Senior Manager of Compensation from March 2013 to December 2014, Senior Team Manager of Compensation from July 2011 to March 2013, Senior Compensation Manager from March 2010 to July 2011, and Compensation Manager from August 2006 to March 2010. In these roles, they managed compensation programs, provided consulting to senior leaders, and participated in the design and implementation of incentive plans.

Jacqueline's early work experience includes a role as a Compensation Assistant at World Savings from June 2005 to August 2006, where they were responsible for benchmarking jobs, conducting FLSA reviews, and managing holiday rewards programs.

Jacqueline Ludwig has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in HR from the University of Arizona.
