James C. began their work experience as an Intern at Rogers Benefit Group in 2010. James then moved on to Mercer, where they worked as an Analyst/Associate from June 2011 to May 2015. Following their time at Mercer, James joined Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant/Lead Associate, working from September 2015 to December 2018. In 2019, they transitioned to Namely, where they held the position of Senior Consultant from January to June. James joined Compass in February 2020 as the Benefits Lead and remained in that role until November 2020. Currently, they are working at Collective Health, where they have held the positions of Senior Associate, Plan Structure & Launch, from January to May 2021, and is currently serving as a Senior Team Lead, Plan Operations since May 2021.
