Laura Herrera has a diverse work experience that spans over 12 years. Laura started their career in 2010 as a Corporate Services Coordinator/AmeriCorps member at Hands On Miami. In 2011, they joined Allegis Global Solutions as an Assignment Specialist, supporting a global MSP for Visa, Inc. Laura later took on the roles of Services Procurement Specialist and Services Procurement Lead, working on site at eBay, Inc. In 2015, they worked as the ZeroChaos Account Manager, on site at LinkedIn, where they managed LinkedIn's Small Business Provider/Independent Contractor Compliance Program. That same year, they joined PRO Unlimited as a Sr. Client Services Consultant, Onsite at Facebook, where they were responsible for managing the smooth operation of a 24/7 contingent workforce MSP program. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of a Global Program Manager at PRO Unlimited, where they created and implemented scalable processes and policies. In 2019, they joined Workforce Logiq as the Vice President of Client Services, where they served until 2021. Currently, Laura is working at Collective Health as the Program Manager of the Contingent Workforce.
Laura Herrera has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from San Jose State University. Additionally, they obtained a "Certified Contingent Workforce Professional" certification from the Staffing Industry Analysts in May 2023, and a "PHR® Professional in Human Resources®" certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2017.
