Mike Child

Mike Child is an experienced professional in customer experience strategy and operations, currently serving as Sr. Director of CX Strategy and Operations at Collective Health since May 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at eBay, including Director of Global Workforce Management, where responsibilities encompassed global forecasting and management of workforce functions.
