This position will report to the Associate Director of Performance Media. This person will be directly responsible for the oversight and performance of paid social and paid search advertising. You will be a leader within the performance media team to deliver best-in-class strategy of paid advertising. This role will work on recommending smart solutions to marketing challenges, developing campaign strategies, overseeing optimization efforts, and analyzing media campaigns top-to-bottom across multiple ad platforms and media channels. A background in metrics and results-driven optimization is vital.
_RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day-to-day oversight of execution and performance of paid social and paid search campaigns
Develop paid social and paid search campaign strategies that align across agency teams for a holistic marketing approach
Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal and external contacts
Lead the management of ongoing campaign optimization efforts including but not limited to bidding strategies, budget management, keyword research, ad copy, etc.
Budget and results forecasting
Testing plans, recommendations, and management
Custom analysis, reporting, and insights
Work with project managers and team leads to create and ensure timely delivery of project requirements
Share paid media trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal team and clients, with occasional authorship of POVs (Point of View) documents
Help elevate paid social and paid search practices for the agency by participating in blog posts and case studies
