Bonnie Smith has a long history of experience in the healthcare industry. Bonnie began their career in 2001 at Cerner Corporation, where they held various positions including Senior Reference Manager, Strategist, Critical Care, Solution Designer, Client Executive, Client Representative, and Cerner's Vision Center Facility Coordinator/Client Specialist. During their tenure at Cerner Corporation, Bonnie completed comprehensive sales, industry, and Cerner specific training, as well as a 6-month pharmacy specific rotation within the Accelerated Solution Center. In 2021, Bonnie joined Collective Medical as a Customer Success Manager.

Bonnie Smith earned their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2000 and their Associate of Arts from Southwest Mississippi Community College in 1998.
