Emily Masini

Emily Masini has worked in the customer success and marketing fields since 2008. Emily began their career as a Business Development Manager at Clarke/Eric Mower and Associates in 2008. In 2012, they moved to Wilton Brands, where they held the roles of Educational Marketing Manager and Consumer Affairs Coordinator. In 2014, they joined Rally Health as a Senior Manager of Client Success and Manager of Client Support. Emily is currently employed at Collective Medical as a Health Plan Customer Success Manager, a position they have held since 2021.

Emily Masini attended the University of Iowa from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
