Erin Caron has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Erin began their career in 1994 as an Applications Consultant with MEDITECH. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Physician Support Analyst at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and then moved to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Systems Analyst. In 2001, they joined Picis as an Implementation Consultant and was later promoted to Product Consultant in 2003. Erin received the 'MVP of Sales Support' award in 2005. In 2006, they joined McKesson as a Product Consultant, where they demonstrated clinical and ancillary solutions and participated in tradeshows and product fairs. In 2010, they joined Steward Health Care as a Population Health Analyst and EHR Trainer/Optimization Specialist. In 2020, they joined CarePort, powered by WellSky as a Senior Implementation Manager, and in 2021 they became a Customer Success Manager at Collective Medical.

Erin Caron attended Fitchburg State University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Erin also obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2019.
