Sarah Provan

Sarah Provan has over 15 years of work experience. Sarah began their career in 2004 as a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester. In 2005, they joined Epic as a Technical Services Engineer, and was later promoted to Technical Training Team Leader, Technical Training Services, and E-Learning Team Lead. In 2015, they moved to Health Catalyst as an Instructional Designer, Program Manager, Director of Education, and VP of Operations, Analytic Services Organization. Since 2019, they have been employed at Collective Medical as a Director of Operations and Sr. Director of Operations.

Sarah Provan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Rochester in 2005. Sarah also holds an ASTD Certificate Program, as well as certifications in Interface Administrator, Data Courier, EpicCare Inpatient, Willow Inpatient, Beacon, ASAP, Chronicles Install Utilities, Hyperspace Configuration, and Chronicles NonProgrammer from Epic.
