Thomas Millen

Thomas Millen has over 8 years of experience in the field of User Experience. Thomas started their career in 2012 as a Senior UX Designer at ADP AdvancedMD, where they solved for feature experience needs in the EHR and Practice Management space, including early iterations of the AMD native app. Thomas also performed moderated usability tests with clients to attain Meaningful Use certification for their apps. In 2014, they joined Overstock.com as a Senior Manager, User Experience, Lead UX Designer, and Sr. UX Designer. While there, they built a team of 30 UX professionals serving design needs across the entire organization, and their native shopping app won many best in E-Commerce awards 7 years running. In 2019, they joined Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company as Director Of User Experience.

Thomas Millen attended Stanford University from 2011 to 2011 and obtained Professional Development / Continuing Education. Thomas also attended ITT Technical Institute from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a BS in Graphic Design.
