Ryan Schrader (Lehrkinder)

Ryan Schrader has extensive experience in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Collective[i] since April 2021. As a founding member of the People team at Collective[i], Ryan has contributed to the company's mission of leveraging AI to enhance sales and accelerate revenue growth. Previously, Ryan held key roles at Knotel, including Senior Associate and Associate in People Operations, where Ryan was involved in the company's acquisition by Newmark. Additional experience includes positions at Declare, where Ryan focused on promoting diversity in the investment industry, and earlier roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, Marist College, and Betterment. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Marist College.
