Joy Tian

Joy Tian is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various companies and roles in the field. Currently serving as HR for PSA Japan at Collectors, Joy oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition and employee relations. Previous roles include Global Communications Manager at DeNA, where Joy managed employee communications and promoted organizational culture, and Employee Experience at SmartNews, focusing on enhancing employee engagement through innovative support models. Joy’s experience also includes significant recruiting and employer branding roles at prominent organizations such as HRS Group, Wargaming, and Amazon. Joy holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Trade from Capital University of Economics and Business.
