Liz Pelc

Liz Pelc has a diverse work experience. Liz started their career in 2011 as an Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chicago, where they served a diverse student population. Liz also assisted in coordinating externship placements and building relationships with employers. Liz then worked as a Hospitality and Culinary Arts Instructor at Ozarka College from 2014 to 2015. Liz joined Silver Pickle in 2015 as the Owner for a brief period before transitioning to College Chefs, LLC. At College Chefs, they have held multiple roles, including Chef, Special Event Coordinator, Account Manager, and currently, Director of Client Success.

Liz Pelc has an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Liz also holds a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University, although their field of study during that time is unknown.
