Seth Carter

Seth Carter has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Seth is currently working as the Head Chef at College Chefs, LLC since September 2021. Prior to this, Seth was the Owner/Executive Chef at Vikings Hand Foods LLC starting from May 2021. Before that, they worked as the Executive Sous Chef at King Estate Winery from March 2021 to June 2021. Seth has also held the position of Chef de Partie/Manager at Showdogs and Machine Coffee and Deli from March 2009 to May 2016. Additionally, Seth has worked as a Chef/Manager at Hanks, a General Manager at A.G. Ferrari Foods, and a General Manager at Boudin.

Seth Carter's education history includes multiple educational experiences. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Linn-Benton Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Music. Then, from 1996 to 2001, Seth attended the University of Oregon, majoring in Music Teacher Education/Theatre. During this time, they did not earn a degree, but the field of study is specified.

Afterward, from 2001 to 2004, Seth pursued an Associate's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the California Culinary Academy. This degree was obtained, indicating successful completion of the program.

In terms of additional certifications, Seth obtained a Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from SERVESAFE LTD in June 2019.
