Cristian Salazar M. Env., M.Sc. is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in sustainability and quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as a Principal Business Advisor at Inno-centre, Cristian also lectures on sustainability at HEC Montréal and teaches food transformation at Collège de Maisonneuve. As the founder of Cristian Salazar - CSM Groupe Conseil, Cristian provides strategic advice on sustainability strategies and planning. Previous roles include serving as Director of Sustainable Development at Lanaudière Économique and Quality Director at VEGPRO INTERNATIONAL INC.
