Kate MacDonald

Kate MacDonald currently serves as the Senior Director of Enrollment & Marketing at the College for Social Innovation, where leadership of a five-person team involves overseeing 15 college partnerships and managing the student enrollment lifecycle for a civic internship semester program. Previously, Kate held various roles at Grinnell College, culminating as Assistant Director of Admission & Admission Marketing, where responsibilities included managing educational storytelling projects and coordinating the transfer admission program. Kate's earlier experiences encompass founding a chapter of Their Campus Media, serving as a Wilderness Field Instructor, and mentoring writing students. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Human Development and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Grinnell College.
