College Internship Program (CIP)
Gautham Kasibatla has a diverse range of work experience across various roles in customer service and maintenance. Additional roles include serving as a book sorter at Arcadia Public Library, focusing on sorting books and helping patrons locate desired titles, and volunteering with Amigos De Los Rios to enhance environmental cleanliness in schools and parks. Gautham also worked as an assistant custodian at Arcadia High School, following detailed instructions to maintain cleanliness in classrooms and hallways. Educational background includes studies in Mathematics at Whittier College and ongoing education at Contra Costa College, complemented by a high school diploma from Arcadia High School.

The College Internship Program (CIP) has been helping young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences find success in college, employment, and independent living in our centers across the US since 1984. The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.
