Cynthia Boncella

Cynthia Boncella has extensive work experience in data services and management. Cynthia is currently the Senior Director of Data Services at College Now Greater Cleveland, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of IT and Data Services from December 2017 to November 2021, and as the Manager of Data Services from July 2015 to December 2017. Cynthia also worked as an IT and Data Solutions Engineer from January 2014 to July 2015, and as a Campaign Coordinator from March 2012 to January 2014, both at College Now Greater Cleveland.

Before joining College Now Greater Cleveland, Cynthia worked at the Cleveland Leadership Center. Cynthia held various roles at the organization, including Website Manager from October 2010 to March 2012, Programs Assistant from May 2009 to March 2012, and Interim Program Director for the (i)Cleveland internship enrichment program from May 2010 to October 2010.

Additionally, Cynthia has experience as a Corporate Lean Enterprise and Strategy Deployment Intern at Parker Hannifin from June 2007 to August 2007.

Cynthia Boncella attended the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Systems Engineering. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this time.
