Darlene Toney Mpa

Darlene Toney, MPA, currently serves as a Program Officer for Youth and Human Services at The Cleveland Foundation since August 2019, where Darlene focuses on supporting programs that enhance community well-being. In addition, Darlene has been a Community Manager at College Now Greater Cleveland since February 2014, working to improve educational access and support for students in the region. Through these roles, Darlene has demonstrated a commitment to youth development and community service.
