Crystal Wells

Crystal Wells has extensive experience in member and physician engagement, currently serving as Manager of Member Engagement at the College of American Pathologists since June 2016. With an ongoing tenure at the American Medical Association since 2005, Crystal has held various roles, including Senior Account Manager and Sales Director for the JAMA Network, focusing on membership sales, key account management, and the promotion of web-based learning tools for residency programs. Earlier career experience includes roles at IBM in provider sales, where emphasis was placed on healthcare technology, and as a Sales Manager at CIBA Vision, leading a team in the ophthalmic division. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, awarded from 1979 to 1983.
