Charles Vanhaas

Charles VanHaas, MBA, is an accomplished professional in member engagement and strategic marketing, currently serving as Manager of Member Engagement at the National Association of Corporate Directors since February 2024. Previously, Charles held the position of Senior Manager—Member Experience at AOPA from April 2020 to March 2024, where efforts focused on enhancing member acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for the largest pilot association in the U.S. Charles has also served as Director of Sales at the Gettysburg Foundation, contributing to significant annual museum visitation and revenue management, and as Community Relations & Visitor Services Manager at the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, implementing visitor-centric strategies and improving operational efficiency. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and an MBA in Leadership & Project Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
