Helena Duncan

Helena Duncan currently serves as the Director of Scientific Regulatory and HIT Policy at the College of American Pathologists (CAP), a position held since May 2008, with prior experience as Assistant Director. From 2005 to 2007, Helena worked as a Manager at COLA. Helena holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Widener University School of Law, completed in May 2004, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science and Business Law from Temple University, earned in 1993.
