Marion Malone

Marion Malone serves as the Executive Director of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since 2010, leading a foundation dedicated to connecting 18,000 board-certified pathologists with patients in need. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Corcell Inc, managing business development and operations for a cord blood stem cell bank from 2004 to 2009, and Associate VP of Fundraising at Thomas Jefferson University from 2001 to 2004, overseeing the university's fundraising program. Earlier roles include VP Syndication, Education & Development at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included managing a multi-million dollar private placement portfolio and employee education for 5,000 staff, as well as serving as Director at Barclays Investment Bank, where Marion established the Assets Sales Desk and managed money market products. Marion began the career as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Barclays, focusing on business development with Fortune 1000 companies. Educational background includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from University College Dublin.
