Sudesh Nayak

Sudesh Nayak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market and customer analytics, as well as business systems. Currently serving as Manager of Market and Customer Analytics and Insights at the College of American Pathologists since April 2019, Sudesh previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Daugherty Business Solutions from September 2012 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing project teams to address client challenges through research and analysis. Prior to that role, Sudesh was a Consultant Business Systems at HSBC for a decade, which included planning and monitoring IT projects and driving revenue growth through web-based marketing initiatives. Sudesh holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Finance, Marketing Management, and Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
