Theresa Ironside

Theresa Ironside currently serves as the Director of Education Delivery, Operations and Technology at the College of American Pathologists (CAP), a position held since September 2024, after a successful tenure in various managerial roles within the same organization from December 2012 to 2024. Prior to CAP, Theresa accumulated extensive experience at Schneider Electric in multiple capacities, including Learning Technology Manager and Organizational Development Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed global user support and LMS management. Earlier career highlights include positions at Culligan International and Initial Tropical Plants, focusing on LMS implementation and employee development. Theresa holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Relations from the University of Iowa.
