Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in diverse roles, currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, specializing in online retail of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
